Who We're Looking For: Test Automation Expert
We are looking for a Test Automation Expert to lead the implementation of Akoha's automated software testing practice. We currently deploy new versions of Akoha.com every one or two weeks. Our goal is to deploy every hour or faster, all while increasing product quality. You will play a key role in our success.
You will work side-by-side with the software developers throughout the development life-cycle, from product design to deployment and support. Your colleagues will challenge and inspire you every day, and we're hoping you will do the same for us!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining a test case repository.
- Automating test cases using a scripting language.
- Periodically running some test-cases manually.
- Participating in product design activities.
Depending on your skill set, you may also be given responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of our testing cluster.
Experience
At Akoha you will be constantly learning. Nonetheless, you should already have experience with test automation and will be off to a great start if you know one or more scripting languages (such as BASH, Python, Perl, Ruby, JavaScript, etc.).
