Who We're Looking For: Visual Integrator
We are looking for a Visual Integrator to be our in-house guru on CSS, HTML, and Photoshop. Our goal is to deploy new features to production within days of brainstorming them, while increasing the simplicity, maintainability, and reliability of our CSS and markup. Your ability to quickly build innovative, creative, and maintainable layout will play a key role in ensuring the success of this initiative.
You will work side-by-side with developers, artists, and other experts to define, evolve, and implement the Akoha visual identity and user experience. Your colleagues will challenge and inspire you every day, and we're hoping you will do the same for us!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and evolving CSS, markup, and image assets based on provided mockups.
- Adapting existing mockups and designs to new circumstances.
- Apply good coding practices to markup and CSS implementation.
- Diagnosing and fixing layout problems.
- Integrate HTML into Django templates.
Experience
At Akoha you will be constantly learning. Nonetheless, you should already have in-depth knowledge of CSS, HTML, cross-browser issues, and web design best practices in order to succeed in this role.
