In our quest to develop the world’s most dangerous team of code warriors, Akoha is seeking an Apprentice Ninja to join our team.
We’re one of Montreal’s most innovative startup companies. Your co-workers will be top web, game, graphic, and user-interface designers who work in secret on a new web community. Our project is going to change the way people think about social networks and online entertainment. We believe in creating mind-blowing web software that has a positive impact on the world. Plus we avoid meetings as much as possible, iterate quickly, and have fun at work.

Bonus points for:
- Experience with web frameworks, especially Django.
- Familiarity with dynamic web programming, including AJAX and Comet techniques.
- Showing us some web application design that you’ve done.
- Sending us a sample of your work or showing us your contributions to free software projects.
- Interest in early-stage technology startup culture.
- Thrashing Guitar Hero on Hard.
Practical programming experience is a must! We will throw you in the deep end and you will wow us with your design, coding and communication skills.
Note: This is a paid, four-month intern position.
